Terms & Conditions

In order to facilitate your booking with Tee Off Tours it is important that you understand your commitment to us and our commitment to you. We would therefore ask you to carefully read through our Terms & Conditions as set out below.

Proposal

When we have received your request we will prepare and send you a proposal which will include all your requests and will state the package price. At this stage you can request any amendments you wish.
Once you finally agree to the proposal and ask us to proceed with the booking we will send you confirmation of the itinerary along with payment instructions (see payments below for terms).

Transportation

Please note we offer a chauffeur driven transportation service. This will either be (1) airport and/or golf transfers which involves you/your party being collected from point A and dropped at point B, or (2) transportation throughout your stay which involves the use of a vehicle and a driver for a maximum of 10 hours per day.

Payments

When a booking is confirmed more than 100 days in advance we will require a deposit of 25% of the holiday cost unless otherwise stated. When a booking is confirmed less than 100 days in advance you will be required to make payment in full. All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT and are payable in £s Sterling.

Incentives and Offers

We reserve the right to periodically offer incentives to group bookings. Any incentive offered shall involve a party size of a minimum of 12 adults. To qualify for an incentive the proposal for each member of the party shall be inclusive of a minimum of: golf; accommodation; and transportation. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the right to remove this offer if the number of people within the golfing party reduces after the Proposal is issued.

Amendments

The Price is based upon the Customer’s stated requirements and the specified number of people in the golfing party. Where the Customer’s stated requirements change or the number of people in the golfing party changes, Tee Off Tours reserves the right to make amendments to the Services and the Customer shall be liable for any increase in the Price as a result of these amendments. For the avoidance of doubt, if the number of people within the golfing party reduces after the Proposal is issued, the Price in respect of Services provided to the remaining members of the golfing party may increase
After an initial deposit or full payment has been made, amendments requested by you will incur an administrative charge of £30. Any change can be made up to 105 days (15 weeks) before your break. After that point, the booking will be taken as finalised. In certain cases where we have paid deposits and green fees to golf clubs / other organisations and these payments are non-refundable this will be taken into consideration in amending your booking.
If for any reason you cannot proceed with the holiday you may transfer the holiday to another person as long as all our conditions are met.

Golf Course and other non-refundable deposits / payments

In certain cases where we have paid deposits and green fees to golf clubs / other organisations and these payments are non-refundable this will be taken into consideration in calculating cancellation fees if the holiday is cancelled.

Outstanding balance payments

Full outstanding payments must be made 84 days prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed .

Cancellation fees

If you wish to cancel your booking you must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 84 days: Loss of deposit
84 – 70 days: 75% of the holiday cost
Less than 70 days: 100% of the holiday cost

If we make changes to your booking

We will only make changes to your booking if we are not satisfied with any aspects of your itinerary after you have agreed and entered into an agreement with us. We would not make these changes until we had notified you of the potential problem and agreement was given by you to make such changes.

Force Majeure

Tee Off Tours, along with our service providers, shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, threats of war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders, riots, terrorist activity, civil disobedience, theft, illness, weather conditions and any other conditions beyond our control.

If your rounds of golf are cancelled by the golf club organisations due to adverse weather conditions we will not accept responsibility but will work in conjunction with the golf club to ensure you are offered an alternative tee time or a refund for your round.

Travel / Medical Insurance

It is our recommendation that you and all members of your party have purchased the necessary Travel / Medical cover as we do not offer Holiday Insurance.

Scots Law

The conditions set out in this contract are governed by Scots Law and are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
